1288 Catalpa
This 629-square-foot detached garage was designed in-house and built by Borgo Construction, reflecting our hands-on approach from concept through completion. The oversized 24′ × 24′ two-car layout features engineered attic trusses to maximize storage while maintaining long-term structural integrity. A 16-foot garage door allows for effortless access, and the low-maintenance vinyl siding provides a clean, timeless exterior. Like every Borgo project, this garage was thoughtfully designed and built with precision, durability, and the same care we put into our own family’s homes.
Backyard Family Pool Oasis
This rectangular in-ground pool was thoughtfully designed and built with long-term performance, safety, and enjoyment in mind. The clean, timeless layout maximizes usable swim space, while integrated in-pool lighting allows for safe and inviting nighttime swimming. The pool is fully heated for extended seasonal use and includes an automatic retractable cover to enhance safety, efficiency, and ease of maintenance. A UV light sanitation system paired with a traditional chlorine system keeps the water consistently clean and clear with reduced chemical demand. Like every Borgo Construction project, this pool was built with attention to detail, quality materials, and the care we would expect for our own family
Avon Bathroom Remodel
This Jack and Jill bathroom renovation was a complete transformation from the studs out. We fully demolished the existing bathroom, including the shower, toilet, vanity, and wall sconces, and rebuilt the space with a focus on function, durability, and clean design. The shower was completely re-tiled and enhanced with a custom built-in niche for soap and shampoo storage, providing both convenience and a streamlined look. Every detail was carefully executed to create a refreshed, cohesive bathroom that balances everyday usability with modern craftsmanship.
